Membership Terms

Terms and Conditions Governing Membership: Subject to revision by Disability Hub from time to time as applicable for paid and free services.

By registering yourself:  You represent that you have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Mode: By registering your Profile through any of our domains or by remittance of fees, you become a Member of Disability Hub.

Membership is not automatic:  Right of admission vests with Disability Hub. You become a Member upon due acceptance by Disability Hub, of the Profile/Payment.

Length of Membership: Disability Hub discharges its obligations to you by rendering of its Services to you, or Termination of the Membership by either of us.

Privacy of Membership: Your Membership is for your personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any person.

Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any advertisement. Our site does not vouch or subscribe to claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of status, services, products, location or description.

Online Conduct: You are responsible for the content and information [including profile, content and photograph] you post or transmit through Disability Hub.

You will not post or transmit any content or information (in whatever form they may be contained) that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene or sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights; no such content or information shall contain details or particulars of any Disability Hub's competitors, including their contact details.

You will not use your Membership either online of offline as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.

Your membership will be automatically suspended if you send an 'abusive, obscene or sexually oriented' message to other Members.

Messages sent to other members should be for the purpose creating a linkage to benefit the disabled population with in a civil manner.

We reserve the right to modify your profile, if we find any prohibitive or objectionable content, or in case the contact details are entered in fields apart from where relevant like Phone, E-mail, Address fields etc.

You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding proprietary or licensed rights thereof. Disability Hub is not in any way be responsible or answerable in action brought by any person arising out of your acts as described above.

Disability Hub reserves the right but no obligation, to edit, delete, eclipse or withhold display of such content or information as it deems fit in the light of the rules prescribed above.

Refund of Fee: Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Management if you choose to terminate the membership for any reason. If Disability Hub terminates your membership, you will be entitled to the prorated value of your remaining membership period.

Your membership in the Disability Hub service is for your use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Medium of Interchange of Information: Besides the provision of the services, Disability Hub acts as a platform for all its Members to interchange information that would promote their common social objectives.

It is to be distinctly understood that Disability Hub will only provide contact between and among members within its service

Disability Hub is not the agent of any Member and does not partake in the interchange or the results thereof. Disability Hub will be a disinterested person in the event of disputes between or among the Members, and it may not intervene to facilitate amicable resolution of such disputes. However Disability Hub may sale products of companies it sees fit.

Right to form Consortium/Associates: While providing Services, Disability Hub may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your Membership rights and responsibilities continue as against Disability Hub only and not against such persons or organizations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability: Disability Hub provides the Services on an "as is" basis and does not warrant in any way with respect to the suitability or adaptability of the services.

Disability Hub takes all reasonable efforts for the continued, secure and uninterrupted availability of the Services. However, Disability Hub disclaims liabilities for interruption or non-availability of service, loss or damage of data due to infrastructure, mechanical and systemic failure/breakdown or due to events like rioting, war, Acts of God, Acts of State. In no event shall the liability of Disability Hub exceed the value of the Service[s] paid up by the Member.

All opinions, offers, advises, statements, predictions made available through Disability Hub websites are those of the respective authors and Disability Hub shall not be deemed to subscribe to or deny them in any manner.

Disability Hub hereby alerts and warns its Members of the possibility of unauthorized posting of contents by any person including Members and unauthorized users and advises discretion in access since such content, information or representation may not be suitable to you including being offensive. Disability Hub will not in any way responsible for such contents, information or representations.

Termination of Membership: The Membership may be terminated by either of us by serving a written notice on the other. Disability Hub reserves the right to terminate the Membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any Member in breach of any of the terms. In such event, refunds will be given at the discretion of the Management. These terms and conditions will survive the Membership.

Disability Hub is an online Linkage portal endeavoring constantly to provide you with premium services.

What information you need to give in to use this site?

We gather information from members who apply for the various services on our site offers. It includes, but may not be limited to, email address, company name first name, last name, nickname, a user-specified password, mailing address, zip code and telephone number or fax number.

Disability Hub collects information from our visitors primarily to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and to deliver a personalized experience.

Do all visitors have to pay?

Yes, you need to pay to become a Member. However the first 50 selected entries are given free membership benefits. To become a Member you must post a valid profile. Casual visitors or non-approved profiles do not have access to the Site. Yes, as a member your profile is exposed to our entire membership, you have full search and browse capability, you can communicate your interest and linkage to other members, exchange information. You can receive emails from other members in your other personal account, and you can reply to emails received from members.

Terms and Conditions for Products Sale:

Shipping: Any shipping and packaging charges as per the amount and weight will be applied. Please accept the delivery in 10-15 working days. We can not ship our products PO Box, and APO/FPO Addresses. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping/tracking information for your package.

Returns and Refund: We are not responsible for any breakage of products during the delivery process. Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded. 

Cards Accepted: We are able to take payment from the following credit/debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron. All online orders are placed via a Pay pall which enabled Secure Server.

Delivery: For orders $250 and over, the shipping address has to be the same as the billing address. By doing so, it helps both you and us in case of a fraudulent charge to your account. For international orders, contact us either via email or phone. Your credit card will be charged when you place an order. Where an incorrect address has been given to Disability Hub with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

Privacy: We collect information given at the time of your order. This information is not disclosed to any third party and is collected by Disability Hub only. You will receive email(s) in connection with you order. We generally do not send newsletters and special offers email to customers who did not sign-up for newsletter subscription. We strive to offer top quality service at the best price possible, in order to do so, we need to reserve the right to change our policies at any time.

Security:  We always take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.

Pricing: While we take every measure to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed before we ship out the order. Customers will then have the opportunity to cancel the order.

Business Customers: If you are a business customer or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

Discounts and Coupons:  When we introduce discount and coupons all you need to do is sign-up for our newsletter subscription and we will email you your coupon whenever we conduct a coupon campaign. You can sign-up by typing your email address at the bottom left hand corner where it says newsletter sign-up.
